Look, we get it. Sometimes love at first sight turns into meh... here's how we at SkinCandyMuse handle that:
Returns: You have 10 days to decide if your purchase sparks joy or just takes up space.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging (aka: not covered in cat hair, coffee or regret)
Want to start a return? Slide on into our inbox at Skincandymuse@gmail.com with your email and contact info with your order number, once we receive item and it passes the "not gross" test, we will process your refund. Money will return to it's original payment method within 5-7 business days (we don't keep it for lattes, promise).
Shipping fees are non-refundable-because mail carriers don't work for free.
Exchanges- we got YOU, as long as it's in stock.
Stuff you're stuck with- no backsies!!
personalized, custom items, clearance items (WE DID SAY FINAL) anything used, damaged or coming back smelling like Tequila or stank.
Unless we royally screwed up your order (our bad), you cover the return shipping.
